GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The 2Leech.com (hereinafter: “2Leech”) service renders trans-loading services for its users based on the following provisions.

I. General Provisions

(1) 2Leech provides its users with a service which enables the users to download files on Internet servers, specifically from file-hosting services. After the saving process the respective user receives a download link with which his/her file can be downloaded via residential Internet connections.

(2) The files saved at 2Leech shall be treated confidentially. 2Leech does not have a search function which could help search through the 2Leech infrastructure. 2Leech does not open or view its users files; the files are neither cataloged, cached, archived nor listed in directories.

(3) The services offered by 2Leech are premium memberships which significantly increase the service capability and ease of use which are subject to costs.

II. Availability and Data Privacy

(1) 2Leech will provide the functions stated under section I. (1), in principle, 24 hours a day and seven days a week, however, only with a guaranteed availability as to what is within 2Leech provider control. Excluded hereof are time periods in which the servers are not accessible via the Internet due to technical or other problems which are not within 2Leech’s control (third party fault, broken plugins, legalities etc.)

(2) 2Leech agrees to organize maintenance work as quickly as possible. 2Leech will limit the access to its service temporarily only in the event that the security or the functional capability of the network operations requires it imperatively. Should such limitations become necessary (for instance in order to defend against hacker attacks), 2Leech will immediately inform its users about the background of this limitation. Should it be foreseeable that down-times for maintenance or software updates take longer than three hours, 2Leech will inform its users of this at 12 hours before executing the respective work.

(3) 2Leech agrees to not unpack, inspect, duplicate, transmit or otherwise violate privacy of it’s customers’ files regardless of format or file size. Customer agrees to a lifetime of 6 hours the file may remain on 2Leech server(s) before auto-deletion occurs. Within said 360 minute period customer may download files unlimited number of times. In the event customer did not download file within said time frame, the customer cannot hold 2Leech liability for loss damages incurred, nor does it end the contractual agreement between 2Leech and it’s prospective customers.

III. Terms of Use

(1) By having access (paid, promotion or unauthorized) to 2Leech download services user agrees to the following:

A. User agrees 2Leech is not responsible for inspecting or otherwise policing the legal validity of files passing through it’s infrastructure by users of its services. User agrees 2Leech will not and can not be held responsible in any court of law for it’s user’s activities and surrender all rights to bring suit based on said files’ status of legality.

B. By accessing 2Leech services user agrees that 6 hour deletion time is within reason as the enforcement procedure to keep files with or without questionable legality and is accepted as enforcement of all copyright notices under the United States’ DMCA and similar Intellectual Property laws.

C. By transmitting files through the 2Leech service(s) you agree not to transfer illegal and/or indecent pornographic content (child molestation, child pornography, rape, bestiality etc.) nor transfer any files that violate national or international intellectual property rights and the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1997.

D. By using 2Leech service(s) to transfer any media or document file that depicts, represents, implies or otherwise, child pornography, child molestation, naked children etc. user forfeits any and all right to privacy.  Users who use 2Leech services to transmit any file type that contain previously mentioned content will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline and said files will be removed from the server(s) immediately.  Users who conduct themselves in this type of behavior will be permanently banned from the system and any future services 2Leech has available.

2Leech reserves the right to change Terms of Service at any time with or without notification to customer base and/or potential customers.
